By Order No. 108 of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2026, amendments and additions were introduced to Order No. 75 of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2025, “On Approval of the Rules for Transferring State Property Assigned to State-Owned Legal Entities from One Type of State Ownership to Another.” Accordingly, the Tapsyru service has been updated to reflect these changes. Please review the video instructions available on the homepage of the Tapsyru information service.

The informational service for the transfer of property between state legal entities “Tapsyru” (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is intended for state institutions and enterprises to place information about unused state property on the state property register web portal for further transfer from one balance sheet to another organization in an electronic format.

The service is implemented in accordance with the order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2025, No. 75 and subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of the Protocol of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s presentation of information systems dated May 4, 2024, for the purpose of digitizing the procedures for transferring property between state legal entities.
